What Can Reduce Pain Caused By Mild Spinal Canal Stenosis Shown On MRI?

mri states mild spinal canal stenosis due to a posterior disc/osteophyte complex. The complex mildly compresses the anterior aspect of the cord. There is moderate left and severe right neural foramina stenosis due to the disc/osteophyte complex. Is there anything that I can do to relieve the pain?
