What Precautions Should Be Taken To Prevent Fever Due To Tonsillitis In A Child?

Hello Sir,
My son id 4 and half years old. He suffers from fever due to follicular toncilitis very frequently. Once or sometimes twice in a month. This time doctor gave him Ibugesic Plus as paracetamol. I had to give him twice in the first day thrice in 2nd and stpped as there was no fever afterwards. The antibiotic doctors were giving was working and fever reduced. Please advise whether there is any adverse effect for applying thrice in one day.
Also let me know how I can take precautionery measures to recude the effect of fever due to toncilitis.

Hi,
If there is reccurrant attack of follicular tonsillitis, you should go for tonsillectomy after consulting your doctor.
You can give Ibugesic plus thrice in a day.
At present if there is tonsillitis, go for one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
