Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Giving tylenol and plenty of fluids to a baby with high fever is good.
But sponging is not given with warm water,
Sponging is given with water at room temperature.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
