What Precautions To Follow In An Early Stage Of Piles?

Hi Doc! I am 23 years old girl. I am in early stage of piles, but suffering from few years. I have done medication also, but after sometime it becomes same. It pains a lot and bleeds too. What kind of precautions should i follow? Kindly advice me that what should i do to get permanent relief from it. Kindly help. Thanks.

You have problem of piles that can treated by proper diet and lifestyle modifications.

Avoid excessive straining at toilet.
Drink more water per day.
Avoid spicy foods and fatty foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.

Avoid constipation problem by taking high fiber foods. Stool softner can use if needed.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks....etc.

Avoid stress.
Maintain proper hygiene around anus region.
If it bleed more than use topical drugs.
Consent a physician for further treatment.
