What Reduces The Calcium Crystals And Lymph In Urine?

Hi I had a recent physical and blood tests and urinalysis revealed the following concerns. Lymphs(absolute) high 3.4. UA WBC Esterase 3+ abnormal. Turbid appearance. WBC 6-10 Abnormal and Crystals present Type Calcium Oxalate. Doctor said not to worry it s probably just beginning of stream and dirty urine! I m not comfortable with that diagnosis. Any suggestions?

Yes, your concern is very true.
In my clinic, I usually advise 24 hrs urine analysis.. Metabolic workup for such cases.
With this, I can further advise about how to prevent stone formation in future.
Also, to look for stones if already present, I advise ultrasound abdomen & pelvis, X-ray KUB, renal function tests, serum calcium.
If stone is detected, further management is done accordingly.
