What Should I Do As Even After Wrapping Baby, Body Is Cold?

Hi, I have a four month old child, she has recently developed a congested chest, cough, sore throat with fever over the past week or so. I having been giving her baby calpol trying to maintain and keep low the high temperature. Although the cough is persistent as is the heavy breathing, I have noticed her body temperature has dropped and the chest feels cold so now even though I have wrapped her up she still feels relatively colder??
