What Should I Do For Pain And Burning Sensation While Suffering From Esophagitis And Pangastritis?

I have had an Upper GI endoscopy done on April 2018 and was diagnosed with Oesophagititis, Pangastritis and Duodenal ulcer.I was on H.Pylori kit for 14 days and than followed by 3 months of Gopan DSR.I visited doctor again and reported about light pain in upper abdomen. After sonography and Lipase test, mild acute pancreatitis diagnosed. Doctor changed and thereafter taking Cretox CP and Rebaprozole one time in the morning, since 16 days, but still light pain is there and burning sensation in upper abdomen which radiate towrads chest and lower abdomen.Then again doctor told me that it is acidity and gave me Mac Robonik DSR. Severe dizziness felt after taking this medicine and stopped Robonic. My other test of Serum Calcium, Creatinine Haemoglobin and Serum Triglyceride are normal. What should i do please help me out.

Hi,

The acute pancreatitis issue requires hospital treatment with IV fluids, antibiotics, antispasmodic, PPI in drip, subcutaneous hormone preparations to heal the pancreas faster.

Chronic pancreatitis mandates oral medications of the same with regular evaluation of the pancreatic enzyme levels.
