What Should I Do For Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Calf?
hi. I have a problem. My right calf down to my foot has constant burning pains, tightness, tingling sensations no matter if I’m standing or sitting etc. and it hurts more while lying down especially recently. I also have the same issue in my other calf but not as bad. I can’t go from sitting on my legs to standing due to weakness in my legs followed by burning and my vision goes black and everything spins. I usually wait it out. It’s gotten worse and the doctor I have thinks I’m lying. What should I do?
By your history and description, the possibility of muscular pain in the calf is more likely. So better to follow these steps for symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid sudden jerky movements of legs.
3. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. Keep changing your postures.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of calf.
5. Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like Ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

What Should I Do For Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Calf?
Hi, It can be due to neuropathic causes like uncontrolled diabetes. Nerve impingement can also cause similar symptoms. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
