What Should I Do For Severe Pain In My Legs And Arms?

I had a back massage on Wednesday (5th June)it focused mainly on my shoulders and was very intense. i woke up the next day in pain in my back. On the days following i have had severe pain in my legs and arms and find it difficult to walk or lift items. i had a fever last night which has not returned. it is now 4 days post massage and it has not lessened. what should i do?

In my opinion , there could have been excessive message or an febrile illness. Take paracetamol and muscle relaxants regularly for few days and it does not go away then please consult your doctor.
