Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there is an dislocation or a fracture of the tarsal bones.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotrofic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. Supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
