Dear marshaliah , cough and colds in children are common with every change in season.There is not reason to worry.Give him more of liquids hot ones are better.Avoid giving cold drinks,food from out side.You can give anti cold medicines.Please avoid giving antibiotics on your own.You can apply something like eucalyptus oil to his clothes if his nose is getting blocked often.For more problems please see your doctor.
