What Should I Do For The Headache Caused By Hitting My Head On The Doorknob?

I slipped and bashed my head on the doorknob in the middle of the night, the night before last.
I felt a bit dizzy but not bad. then I had a stomach ache. I still have a headache. Iced it last night. what else should I do? I called in sick today b/c I barely got any good sleep since,

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here, I would like to say that, if this is the head injury then this need to be kept under observation for 48 hours because any thing could happened within this period in my opinion CT head is must, take care and have a nice day.
