What Should I Do For The Headache Caused By Hitting On The Head?

Hit my head 5 days ago, walked into wooden roof of shed, big bump on top of forehead and down right cheek, it hit me across the front of face too, got checked out and told I was concussed go and rest. Still got a headache and back of head is hurting should I go back to gp?

If concussion is there, take rest. Repeat ct brain and consult neurosurgeon. If swelling in brain is decreasing, then not to worry.
