What Should I Do If The Skin Near The Knee Is Numb, After An Injury A Week Before?

I fell a week ago busted up my knee pretty bad ... No stitches needed and I could still walk on it so I ve just been dealing but the skin covering my kneecap and 2 finger widths below is numb !!! I managed to land all my weight on this knee no scrapes or bruises anywhere else

The are over the knee is numb because the nerve endings over the are would have got damaged when you busted your knee. No treatment is required for it, it will recover on its own in the weeks to come. However if you have weakness of the lower limb or extreme pain please approach an orthopedician
