OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The absence of periods with no pregnancy is suggestive of a mild hormonal disturbance that can happen after marriage due to a change in environment.

You can get proper hormonal tablets prescribed to get the bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
