Hello ma'am and welcome.

Well you quite clearly need to schedule a visit to the doctor. This irregular bleeding could be caused due to various factors like medication, hormone imbalances, abnormality of the uterus (polyps, fibroids, etc.), abnormality of the inner lining of the uterus (eg. Endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, etc.), and various other causes. The cause can only be determined after an elaborate evaluation by your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
