What Should I Use Other Than Metoclopramide Instead Of For Motion Sickness?

Hi I've had motion sickness and I used to take dimenhydrinate for a long time which was very helpful, also whenever I have stress, I feel nauseated and the only thing that help me was that tablet. Unfortunately I've finished this tablet and I don't know what should I do? Thanks

Bs I can't use metoclopramide which gives me extra pyramidal side effect.

Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

Instead of metoclopramide, you may take Cinnarizine 25-30mg, two hours before travel. It is a safer drug, though it might produce mild extrapyramidal symptoms in some individuals, but the incidence is much less than metoclopramide.
