What Should Be Done About Prose After Getting Hit?

I hit the edge of a bed so hard and there was a prose after 3 months or so I still feel pain in that area and sometimes it feels cold, I didn t check it thinking it s the same as the other proses. My question is do I need to do that? Or it could be treated with some cream from the drugstore ?
