my daughter will be two accidentally chewd half of a ibuprofen 200mg what shall i do

Nothing will happen... ibuprofen is a NSAID, just a anti inflammatory , pain killer.

Give her an antacid suspension with plenty of water. n Dont worry. Next time keep drugs out of reach of children.
