Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Your baby needs nebulisation with beta agonists like salbutamol repeatedly till the the cough and breathlessness subsides.
Most probably she needs hospitalisation and treatment under the care of a pediatrician.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
