What Should Be Done For Fatigue, lethargy, decreased Appetite After Getting Flumist?

My 6yo got the flumist 4 days ago. Since then he has been fatigued, lethargic, decreased appetite, but no fever. It seems like he has more energy in the morning, but by the afternoon all he wants to do is lay down and sleep. This is not normal for him. He is very active until bedtime.
