What Should Be Done For Head Injury Causing Nose Bleeding?

My 2 year old hit her head right at her temple, 10 min later she had a nose bleed ( which she s never had one prior) it stopped then a hour later it started again both times lasting a few min, and small amounts, now 4 hours later again she never lost consciousness, vomited or acted strange!! Should I take her to er

1. Vomiting continuously
2. Seizures
3. Watery of bloody discharge from ears and nose
4. Unconsciousness
5. Altered sensorium or behaviour.
