What Should Be Done For Scratch Caused By A Gardening Implement?

My toddler just scratched her toe on a gardening implement and it bled a little. I've washed it and put antiseptic on it with a bandaid. My concern is, she's only 2 and a half and therefore hasn't had a tetnus shot yet. The implement was rusty and dirty. Should I take her to get checked out or am I just panicking?
