What Should Be Done For The Twitches Of A 11 Year Old Child?

My son is 11 years old and has twitches usually once a day. He complains that his feet hurt and it bothers him to put his body weight on them. He is not overweight and is active, running 3 miles during gym class each week. I am worried about these full body twitches.
