What Should Be Done For Trapped Wind In The Shoulder Blades And Extreme Pain The Ankle?

Hi I am being treated for vertigo at the moment but in that last week I have developed what can only be described as growing pains in my left ankle it is extremely painful but more so at night I have also been suffering from trapped wind well I think it s trapped wind in my shoulder blades but I can feel it in my eyes, ears and neck am I falling apart Thank you
