What Should Be Done If My Son Is Unable To Control Motion After Colastmy Operation?

Sir,from birth my son admitted at child trust hospital-chennai due to stomach is boomed after 1 week recovered and again same problem.after i admitted in children hospital-egmore.final they made colastmy operation.the motion part removed and fit in the side abdomen.and motion is coming clearly.still my son does't know the motion control every 1/2 hr 1hr coming the motion.pls advice
