What Should Be Done To Get Rid Of The Birth Injury Of A 4 Month Baby?

Hi i am Brenda my daughter was born with a red birthmark. on her cheeck. Most pediatricians tell me that it was a severe birth injury. She is 4 months now but is appears alittle faded. Please advise on when this mark will totally fade. I am so anxious because this is my first child. Thanks

If this is injury it should have been faded uptill now.
Hemangioma( abnormal blood vessels) may be the alternative possibility.
Nothing to worry for the both the causes.
