What Should Be Done To Grow Hair ?
Sir, I am 26M i have less hair on front head and good hair on back head. Since from age 19. I used shampoo , almond oil,coco oil but no helpful. Is there any treatment to get good hairs on the head. pLSS. reply as i am going to marry. i feel uncomfortable when i dress and go in parties or functions. thankUVryMUCH

it seems to be androgenic alopecia.here front hairs are lost. if your father has the same problem, then there is very high chance that you would also get the same pattern. there is no permanent cure for this except surgery.but drugs can delay this.minoxidil 5% or 10% is very much helpful.vitamin biotin is also helpful.other tretment modalities are meso therapy(injections in scalp) ,laser(for 2 months).if you have already lost your hair then hair transplantation is the only option left.you can also modify your lifestyle to delay the loss.take more fruits, green leafy veg,lots of water, regular excercise,more proteins. yoga and pranayam also helpful.
