Hi, Take high protein diet and moderate fat and carbohydrates. Take milk, sweets, cheese, panier, butter and ghee in your diet. At this age there is no problem taking all these products. Take green veggies, fresh fruits and juices. Take dry fruits daily. Take multivitamin supplements. Avoid going to Gym and do light exercise as going to gym will give more calorie loss might leading to weight loss. Ok and take care.
