What Should Be Eaten After Drinking Phenyl?

I drank very little amount of phenyl yesterday n consulted dr too as soon as possible.. They did my ecg, n bp check up n also gave a 60 ml syringe type saline which was injected in a machine n gave 3 salines too..
I came home today, what should i eat and what should i don't.. And is there any need to take more salines ?
I have not yet removed the saline inlet..

You can have a normal diet and nothing much to worry and no dirty restrictions are needed. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
