Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM. By your ECHO report it is cleared that your right sided heart is having problem. Your left heart is working fine. Right sided heart problem are mostly associated with lung disease. Because in lung diseases pulmonary artery pressure increases and this causes pressure changes in right ventricle due to back pressure. This is the cause for your right ventricular hypertrophy and pulmonary regurgitation. So consult pulmonologist for diagnosis of lung disease. Common lung conditions associated with this are COPD, Asthma, ILD etc.
