What Should Be Taken To Treat Constipation With Pain And Little Blood While Relieving?

I have been constipated for the past day and when do use the bathroom only a little poop comes out. The 3rd time I used the bathroom I felt a sharp pain, little poop and blood. Any over the counter/home remedies? I m 23, female and never experienced this before... and I have no health insurance :(

Hi
Thank you asking HCM.
If I were your treating doctor firstly I would recommend to change lifestyle:
- using plenty of water(2-3 L per day)
- using foods reached in fibers like vegetables, fruits.
- increase your physical activity
- use olive oil
if it is not enough you can start to use lactulose 3x 30ml per day to avoid constipation.
wishing you fast recovery
