What Should Be The Diet Chart & Medicines For A Thyroid Affected 1.7 Yr Old Child?

My son age is one year and seven months. it is already proved from blood test that he is suffering from typhoid. A local doctor give some medicine for it. Sir my question is what should be the diet chart for my baby at this present condition and what type of medicine needed for curing?
