Problem - whenever doing labor either physical or mental , then fever comes automatically, many times i have shown to the doctors , and they found that , it is because of poor health,

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the metabolic hyperthermia, due to enzymes , or hormones, during stress.anemia, or deficiency conditions,or some chronic infection like urinary tract infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis, and treatment .
You may need to have culture and sensitivity of the urine and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, hematinics, protein supplements,and paracetamol.
