child having loose green stool with foam at the end.fed with cow s milk as breast milk was less.afterwhich developed loose stools.Dr adviced neutrolin b syrup and asked for stool tests done. for what syrup given??loose stool having any relation with cow s milk??

Very good question the top feed babies do have frequent motions but green stool suggest baby has infective diarrhoea hence examination of stool will help us to know the infective or any other cause,meanwhile please stop bottle feeding if ur feeding with bottle
