What Should I Do For Child Suffering From Fever,rhinitis ?

A 3yr 9months old male child having fever , rhinitis, epiphora,dry cough,malaise since 4 days.investigations (CBC is normal,ICT -ve,psc is hypochromic,microcytic, urine30.08.2012. wt-15kg,height-98cm.

Is range of fever is high u may start antibiotics syp augmentine 228 3.5 ml thrice a day for 5 day from today. If fever in not high grade u may weight for 1 more day for spontaneous recovery.
