I get pain when walking on it I can move my knee like normal but when iam working it pains me a lot my right knee hurts when Iam walking on side walk on parking lot. Can you tell me what I did to my knee?
It is possible that you may have strained a tendon in the knee joint. It is unlikely to be a fracture since there was no blunt trauma to the knee.
You can consider the use of an anti inflammatory pain killer to help relieve the discomfort. This includes medication such ibuprofen, aspirin, cataflam, naproxen, celebrex
In addition, it would be important to rest the knee. The application of a warm compress may also help.
If the pain continues despite these measures, you should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that you have a crush injury of the knee. or there may be a hair line fracture of the tibia. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I, for confirmation. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
