What Should I Do For Persisting Fever,and Is Microcef-100 Safe For My 5 Year Old?

hi my son has high fever ( 102 to 103 and once it reached 104.3) from past 3 days and I have been giving him microcef - 100 4 ml twice since two days, still the fever persists I give him meftal - p for fever. what should I do? is antibiotic microcef - 100 safe for my son who is 5 years old. pls advice

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
What you are giving now is quite OK.
Microcef-100 (Cefpodoxime) is safe for your child.
But I prefer Paracetamol syrup to MEFTAL-P surup.
