Spine Surgeon 's  Response
Adjacent level disc prolapse is a known entity usually seen after 5-7 years of first surgery. Consult your spine surgeon. If compression is severe and worsening and conservative management is not working you may need surgery again. This time be careful with your habits in sitting and follow correct posture management more rigidly .
