What Should I Do For Sharp Sudden Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I keep getting a sharp sudden pain in my lower abdomen on the right side. It comes without warning is very painful and has taken my breath away to a degree whereby I double up. I know it is not my ovaries as I had a hysterectomy and ovaries removed in 2010. I have had breast cancer in 2008.

HI. The sudden sharp pains in the right are more suggestive of ureteric stone giving ureteric spasms . Please go for an ultrasound of abdomen and urine and blood tests.
