What Should I Do For The Swelling On Foot After Hitting Ankle?

hi i fell off the couch 2 days ago and landed on my ankle badly but i just got up and kept walking on it as much as i could but if i put to much weight on it im in pain and if i try to turn my foot in ways there is swelling on my right side of my foot ?

I think you have sustained a bad injury to ankle . It will take some time and i can assure you that this is not a fracture yet soft tissue injury also causes pain for long time. I would suggest you to take Brufen tablet for pain relief. Also keep applying ice to the shin. It will be fine in two weeks.
