What Should I Do To Decrease My Weight And Get Back To Normal Shape ?

i am 35 year old. my height is 5.4 and my weight is 85kg. i am fatty. what should i do to decrease my weight and get back to normal shape? will i ever regain my shape?

You need to work with the combination of proper diet and exercise to lose weight. Avoid any kind of fried, fatty, oily, junk food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables during the day. Drink plenty of water. Eat food high in proteins like pulses, cereals, eggs, chicken, lean meat. Do regular exercise everyday like brisk walking for 40 minutes. If you follow this in few months you will surely find significant weight loss.

There is basic funda have less calories and burn more calories through exercise. The fatty deposits need mobilisation and here some herbs do it nicely. There is a drug medhohar guggul which will perform this mobilisation nicely. There are vegetables like brocolli which consume more calories for digestion and release less calories, such vegetables can be added.
