Some times due to excess straining the sperms can come out along with urine as the tract for both to come out is same.It is not a major problem and you should not fear about it as it happens more during straining for stools or urine or if you have left sexual act in between.As for size of penis the normal size is anything more than 2 inches when erect so for that you should not feel guilty as the size is decided by nature and you can't control it.If your size is anything more than 2 inches you can and surely will have a normal and healthy sex life.Don't worry
