my wife is 35 years old and got preg in march.last sunday she got ultrasound in which it was mentioned that no cardiac activity seen and chorio decidual reaction was poor ..gestational sac is seen...fetus measuring 4mm...G.A 6.1weeks.....what shall we do...

According to reports,you have single gestation sac without cardiac activity.
At present it is early to conclude any thing.
You need follow up scan after 10 days.
Further treatment depend upon follow up scan reports.
Non visualization of cardiac activity may be due to many reasons like excessive abdominal fat,technical error etc.
