What Symptoms Should Be Expected After 3 Year Old Swallows Sudafed Pills?

My 3.5 year old, 40 pounds, may have swallowed 1 or 2 sudafed pills. I don't know for sure. She punched a bunch out of the package. 2 are unaccounted for. They may have been used by my husband. One looked like it had been in her mouth and spit out (the red color was faded). I asked her and she said no, she did not eat one. They taste awful, she spit out bad tastes pretty fast. This would have been about 3-4 hours ago. What would symptoms be if she was having a reaction. (She climbed into a cabinet in the kitchen and then hid with them behind the bed, I just found the evidence.)

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your child and I would like to point out that such medicine should always be kept out of the reach of children, 1 to 2 tablet is nothing to worry at the most child would be drowsy and nothing more would happen no need to worry about this, but next time you need to be very careful, take care and have a nice day.
