What Tests Can Be Done To Diagnose Chlamydia And Gonorrhea?

I had sex 6 yeara back in 2010 with a csw but with condom.Dont know if the condom burst or something.Very next day developed symptoms like burning while urination and frequent urinating.Had all test with hiv hsv and vdrl urine culture urine routine all normal in 2016 and 2010.Now in 2016 when i pee if i pull back my foreskin then it only pains a little when opening the stream while when i dont open the foreskin it pains more.My semen culture also came back normal.i had taken a course of doxyciline 100 mg for 7 days and 800 mg of ofloxaxin for 1 week.Can chalmydia and gonorrhea still be present?what anitiobiotic medicine can i take that can eliminate all std s(bacterial) and what test can be done for chlamydia and gonorrhea in india

* As per my clinical experience, wet mount preparations of a swab test, ELISA and special staining techniques are best confirmatory issue to deal with the same.

* Chlamydia and gonorrhea can be present at many long duration of time even after certain medications due to the era of resistant strains causing the issue.
