What Time Should I Take Prednisone 2 Tablets Daily For 4 Days?

I am having a flare of my auto immune condition (rheumatoid arthritis, scleraderma, lupus). My doctor gave me a prescription for prednisone in case this ever happened. When should I start to see relief? What time should I take the 2 tablets daily for 4 days?

prednisolone tablet should be taken in the morning after breakfast for it to be most effective. You will start having relief in 3-4 days time.
