What To Do Constipation Due To Piles Problem?
hi doctor ....iam 27 years old iam suffering from piles problem continous constipation and severe pain can you suggest me if i do laser treatment for piles.my height is 5"9 i am from hyderabad please suggest any clinic in hyderabad so that i can do my treatment

Noted the history about constipation, pain and piles, wants to know the treatment, and place in Hyderabad to get treatment.
I advise you the following.
Take a laxative.
Have sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
High fiber diet.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Consult a nearby General Surgeon for inspection,
Per rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.
If this is fissure in ano, you may need dilatation.
And if piles or hemorrhoids then excision ligation.
