What To Do For Breast Tenderness And Dry Skin On Nipples?
My breast have been tender for a month. My cycle was 3 days late last month, and 14 days lat this month. My breast became tender a week before my cycle was supposed to start (which is normal for me) But yesterday I noticed that my nipples had dry skin on them.

Hi,
I would suggest you to start having a course of primrose oil tablet for one month , eposoft E for one month. Also, apply ointment evion skin cream locally for 1 month in breast.
