What To Do For Constant Constipation, Bloating, Shortness Of Breath, Sleep Issues At 91 Years Of Age?
Constant Constipation being treated with Mirra Lax once a day, Bloating and short of breath causing some shortness of breath. This is causing a great deal of Anxiety causing sleep problems. Trying veggies and some fruits. I am 91 and the bloating is severe. I do take a lot of medications for diabetes and Atrial Fib along with Warfarin. My name is John Roberts

-Take Simethicone medicine
-Take laxative
-Drink more water
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber
-Exercise more
-Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplement
